Five Housing offers advice on protection products designed to ensure that even if you are too ill to work, you still have funds to stay in your home. We can also arrange buildings and contents insurance for you, to protect your home and your belongings. The products are supplied by Ageas Insurance Limited for Buildings and Contents Insurance and Aviva for Term Assurance, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection.
On request, we can refer you to a specialist Consultant to provide you with advice on additional products that can be designed to provide a lump sum or income for you and your family. These products are designed to help you and your family to maintain your current lifestyle in the event of ill-health or death before your selected retirement age.
